However, to ensure the smooth operation of our salon and to respect the time of our team and fellow clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Clients that cancel their appointment with less than 24 hours notice or failing to come in for their skin test on time by 48 hours prior may be subject to forfeiting their deposit. This deposit serves a commitment fee and is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation.

At this time, we're exclusively offering online bookings for cuts, blowdrys, and hair up services. As a large salon with a high volume of colour appointments, we want to prioritise the personalised experience for each client. Therefore, for colour services, we'll be taking appointments exclusively through telephone. This approach ensures that we can gather all the necessary details to tailor the colour service precisely to your individual preferences and needs.
